Mr. DuVall is a founding partner of the firm and the group leader for the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. For almost thirty years, Mr. DuVall has advised clients in all aspects of residential, commercial, agricultural and timberland real estate acquisition and financing. He has counselled developers, investors, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions. He also represents numerous banks, mortgage lenders, agricultural lenders, and Small Business Administration lenders in connection with real estate and business transactions. In addition, he regularly represents and assists buyers and sellers of businesses.
Mr. DuVall, a native of Southwest Georgia, was born in Cuthbert, Georgia, and grew up in Edison, Georgia. Mr. DuVall is married to the former Dana Utlant, and they have two children.
