Jim Moore is the Managing Partner of the firm and also the Chair of the firm’s Commercial, Banking and Business Law Group. Since 1981, Mr. Moore has advised clients in the areas of Business Law, Banking Law, and Commercial Litigation. The firm represents a myriad of business concerns throughout the state including lending institutions, large and small, in Georgia and surrounding states. Mr. Moore maintains an AV Preeminent ® Rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized in Georgia Trend Magazine as one of the state’s legal elite in the field of Business Law.

- Mr. Moore regularly speaks to lending institutions throughout Georgia, both at the firm’s annual “Banking Law Seminar” held in Albany, Valdosta and Savannah, Georgia, and at smaller gatherings of clients and friends of the firm. In addition, Mr. Moore is a frequent lecturer at educational seminars hosted by the Georgia Bankers Association. Mr. Moore also makes presentations in connection with continuing legal education seminars on the topics of secured transactions, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and other business law-related matters.
