Eric Hooper and Lee Brown Accepted Appointments and Leadership Positions

R. Lee Brown, Jr. and Michael Eric Hooper, attorneys with the law firm of Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers, P.C., recently accepted appointments to various leadership positions within the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. Brown was appointed by the State Bar of Georgia to serve as a member of the Georgia Bar Journal editorial Board for a three year term. Brown, an associate in the firm’s Albany office, practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and banking. Hooper was appointed to serve as a member of the Community Outreach Committee for Real Property, Trust and Estate Section of the American Bar Association. Hooper was also appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the Economics and Technology of the Practice Committee. Hooper, a partner in the firm’s Albany office, practices in the areas of taxation, trusts and estates, corporations and partnerships.
