The Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning is the nation's leading conference for estate planning professionals including attorneys, trust officers, accountants, insurance advisors and wealth management professionals. This week long conference consists of general session lectures and special sessions that address the latest estate planning techniques and strategies. In addition to traditional estate planning topics, this year's Institute focused on other important areas, such as elder law, marital law, asset protection planning and income tax planning.
